Rae Elaine Tourtillot was only 19 years old when she disappeared on the Menominee Indian Reservation in October 1986. After an evening with friends, two people claimed to have driven her home. But according to Rae's family, she never arrived. Police suspected homicide from the very beginning but they aren't disclosing why.
